Fire Safety During Construction

     (1.5 Contact Hours approved for Fire Code Administrator, Fire Safety Inspector and Instructor I, II, III)


The presentation will review some recent fire events during construction and the fire safety requirements of the Florida Fire Prevention Code, Fire Code, NFPA 1.  The requirements of Chapter 16, Safeguarding Construction, Alteration, and Demolition will be reviewed.  Examples and photo’s will be used where available. 


We are seeking approval for these courses in accordance with the mandatory recertification requirements for Fire Safety Inspector and Fire Code Administrator under FAC 69A-39.009.
