The Florida Fire Marshals and Inspector's Association Presents

Plan Review for ERCES Systems - 6.5 hrs, 

This presentation addresses the plan review considerations for ERCES based on the framework of the Building & Fire Codes and NFPA 1221/ 1225. The course includes a deep dive into code requirements in the FFPC, for the next edition (December 31, 2023) verifying initial signal testing and plan submittals. During the class, there will be a group exercise on plan review with examples of project submittals. The class will also go on a facility walk to conduct signal testing of the building, to show how a contractor conducts their testing, to create heat maps and plan submittals.

The class has been approved for four (6.5) hours of CEUs for Fire Code Administrator, and Fire Safety Inspector I, II and III, and Fire Instructor I, II, and III.
